On May 6th, 2016, the UCSF Portfolio support team applied a necessary security patch to the Portfolio system. This patch fixed vulnerabilities in the system, and also changed the system's authentication process. Most users were unaffected, but a few users were unable to log in with one or more of their browsers after the update. This page provides step-by-step instructions for clearing browser cookies that are created by the UCSF Portfolio, and will fix the issue.
NOTE: When you delete your cookies, you may be logged out of any MyAccess sessions that you currently have open. So be sure to save/close any work before doing this!
If you are experiencing log in issues on another browser, follow the steps below. And as always, feel free to contact us with questions!
